01 Project Planning
We understand planning as a fundamental technique for the successful delivery of all projects and put an intensive effort to provide you with a comprehensive project planning service.

02 Procurement and Contract Management
Procurement Management includes various activities depending on the project specifics and client requirements. It is a vital stage of project developement as excellence starts with the right partnerships.
When budget is prepared we will propose a procurement strategy tailoring the overal scope on work packages depending of their specifics and scale. We will carefully observe project design and verify quantities to reduce risks and delays after contracting.
We are highly selective in choosing our subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet our exacting standards of quality, reliability and expertise.
Contracts between suppliers and clients have become more complex, but we believe the concept of the contract should be such that the primary focus is getting the project completed on time and to budget and not a focus on protecting each other’s position.
In a brief, the services we can offer to your business include:
- Preparation of tender documentation, including bill of quantities and contract terms
- Setting evaluation criteria in a consultations with the client
- Managing the whole bidding process – from issuing the tender documentation, through clear communication, to evaluating the received offers and issuing a Tender Evaluation Report
- Carefully observe proposals for project improvements and consider specific inputs to the evaluation
- Conducting the pre-contract negotiations
- Performing risk and value management and cost control
- Assisting for the deal completion, i.e. signing of the contract by both parties.
Through a systematic process, the end result of this phase will be to maximize financial and operational performance, provide value for money, and mitigate and minimize risk.
03 Site construction management and Quality control
If you do not have your own resources to manage the works on-site, we can provide full-time or part-time construction supervision responsible for the day-to-day on-site activities.
We can execute regular quality inspections and review practical completion certificates, supervise contractual and technical compliance in construction process from start to completion.
Our team consists of accredited engineers qualified to report construction progress, monitor inspection, and test plan compliance for both pre-commissioning and commissioning.

THE Team
Facing ever-growing quality demand and personal path development, Stanislav & Plamena occured with no other choice than to create their own Project Management Office in 2023. Strength lies in people and built on a foundation of experienced, dedicated professionals, bringing years of practical knowledge the office always persuades highest standards and optimal project results.
Stanislav Trayanov
PROJCT MANAGER / Co-founder
Born and grown up in Plovdiv, Stanislav graduates from the Constuction technical school in his town and it is where he also meets Plamena. Together they go to study Civil Engineering at UACEG in Sofia.
Just before graduating from the University he is invited as an intern at Galaxy Investment Group where he works after for 14 remarkable years, participating in key projects and developing to C-Level in PM.
Plamena Trayanova
PROCUREMENT / Co-Founder
Facinated by her father and with a precision to detail, kind of logicaly Plamena enrols in engineering education, where she develops passion to the proffesion and graduates at the top of her class.
She starts her career in Beta consult Sofia where she works among some of the most experienced Civil Enginners in the country for those days, but than moves back to Plovdiv to form a family and continue her carrier.
In complementary ways, both oppose and clash, to better reconcile. Of these disagreements comes a rich and inspired creative dialogue: involved in a mental ping-pong, the pair shapes its ideas. If visionary, action and eagerness for challenges are Stanislav’s language, Plamena plays with balance, indepth analysis and steady roadways that bring elegance and succesfull results to their initiatives.
As a couple they write a partition where each uses his own role and stylistic influences to make a whole.
